Your Responsibilities

/ Lead and participate in product development activities from new activities from new product introduction,design improvement and cost optimization perspectives

/ Lead complex product variant projects and introduce to serial production within adefined time period

/ Collaborate closely with cross functional teams to identify and implement identify and implementtechnicalimprovementsolutions

/ Coordinate and introduce local and global-component changes through its lifecycle  management

/ Lead and implement cost optimization studies

/ Providing technical support to Quality, Purchasing, Manufacturing,Supply chain, Product lifecycle management and Customer service teams

Your Profile

/ B.Sc. or M.Sc.DegreeinMechanicalEngineering or similar fields

/ 2+ years working experience in design, development and production areas and at least one end to end project leadership experience

/ Experience in Microsoft Office, SAP and Teamcenter PDM and CAD knowledge on SiemensNX or similar platforms, Holistic understanding of problem solving methodologies (8D, 6Sigma)

/ Fluent English is must

/ Strong ability to identify failure modes, root causes,propose solutions for complex solutions for complex problems and influence the implementation
