Your Responsibilities

/ Taking an active role to manage and drive Local Process Owner for Gluing (i.e.hotmelt, bonding, silicone gluing, and adhesive processes) and Printing Technologies (i.e. silk printing, serigraphy, hot stamp, pad, inkjet, laser marking) with Global Process Owner in the international network

/Investigating general manufacturing technologies specification issues and new solution proposals

/ Developing medium/long-term projects by researching future trends on production technologies and materials, examining and experimenting

/ Support technical changes in production in scope of product changes and new machinery and technologies

Your Profile

/ University degree preferably in Engineering

/ Minimum 2-3 years similar experience in whitegoods, automotive or manufacturing environment

/ Certifications are desirable (EAS –European Adhesive Specialist, SixSigma GreenBelt, PMP)

/ Fluent English knowledge is must

/ Excellent problem solving, conflict management and communication skills are required
