Your Responsibilities

/ Driving process based measurement, trace&tracking and reporting related to functions of Customer Service Logistics

/ Ensure Quality Management Systems and responsible improvements about ISO & QMS

/ Focusing on KPI monitoring and dashboards, creating related monitoring tools to provide a communication network

/ Performing key role for Customer Service Logistics representations and meeting management

/ Working on process development projects and preparing related documentations 

Your Profile

/ University degree preferably in Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering or Mathematical Engineering or Statistics

/ Fluent English knowledge is a must, German is an Asset

/ Minimum 3 years similar experience in white goods or fast moving consumer products, main focus as  meeting management, process improvements, institutional development, ISO activities, Value Stream Design as well as Project management

/ Excellent presentation skills and MS Office (Excel,Powerpoint) knowledge is a must, PowerBI, Tableau, SQL knowledge is an asset

/ Customer and result oriented, analytical minded, adaptive to multinational culture and believes in team working with organizational ability and desire
