Your Responsibilities

/ Ensure mid and long term business success by providing a competitive regional product portfolio for laundry care products

/ Define market demands and ensure consumer centricity within product projects and during whole product lifecycle

/ Drive lifecycle activities for respective product segments based on the market inputs and technical requirements

/ Steer and own variant activities within Business Unit and trigger ratio and benchmark activities where necessary

/ Work in projects as a project team member representing Business Unit, gather and deliver inputs

/ Supporting regional marketing management, coordinating interface towards operations

Your Profile

/ University degree preferably in Engineering and/or Business Administration

/ Minimum 3-5 years similar experience in white goods or fast moving consumer products

/ Fluent English knowledge is a must

/ Excellent MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), SAP knowledge

/ Excellent multinational interpersonal, problem solving and communication skills are required

/ Customer and result oriented, analytical minded, target oriented, adaptive to multinational culture and believes in team working

/ Positive attitude and self-motivation
