Your Responsibilities

/ Creating and implementing necessarydesign solutions for design problems,product related technicali ssuesand new customer requirements

/ Coordinating design features, technical changes and issues with B/S/H central development departments 

/ Leading and participating local and global product development activities from new component introduction, design improvement and cost optimization perspectives

/ Executing technical analysis and necessary actions with engineering infrastructures & knowledge such as mechanical, material,engineering calculation methods

/ Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively with a high degree of flexibility within a changing workplace environment

/ Demonstrated ability to work independently with engineering and technical matters, lead others and take responsibility to resolve problems that may influence the delivery of service in a timely and accurate manner

/ Ability to secure cooperation and assistance from other functions to achieve defined objectives of the role

Your Profile

/ B.Sc./M.Sc.Degreein Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgical & Materials Engineering, Mechatronics Engineeringorsimilar

/ At least 1-2 years work experience inDesign Engineering, Product development and R&D

/ Having deep CAD and technical drawing knowledge/experience preferably on SiemensNXor similar platforms

/ Knowledge on Mechanics, MaterialScience,ManufacturingTechniques

/ Experience in SAP and Teamcenter PDM

/ Fluent English is a must, German is an asset.

/ Experience in active usage of Problem Solving Methodologies (8D, 6 Sigma, Kaizen) is an asset

/ Agile mindset embarrassing change, collaborative with customer, flexible to adapt on varying conditions
