• Master or Bachelor/Graduate of Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics or comparable
• min. 5-years experience in Hardware Development for technical Products,
  Project Management, plus add 3 years Team Leader of small teams with disciplinary responsibility in development
• Processes (TCNG, SAP, HW development environment(i.e. Mentor Graphics or comparable)). Knowledge in microelectronics as well as Embedded Hardware development, CMMI & DoE, State-of-the-art embedded system design. International experience
• Motivation and enthusiasm, willingness to learn and change, identification and commitment, a real team player
• Fluent English knowledge, German is an asset

İŞ TANIMI

This person will be responsible for:
 

• Searching for product ideas and -concepts and to keep and extend the Leadership on Innovation and Costs.
• Workout detailed ‘Hardware Concepts’ according to standards and Platforms ( Regional and Multiregional).
• Working on Product- and Component platforms matching the Development Footprint
• Develop and introduce innovations in the platforms. Understand the demands of Design, Marketing, TP and Cooling to generate optimal and robust hardware solutions with low power consumption for the related appliances
• Managing the R&D Task in the RTC/OP-RFDME department e.g. for frontloading/pre-development.
• Support Customer Service in fullfilling their requirements and problem solving.
• Work continuously to reach the given Quality Targets in the related Product platforms. Using organization models as well as process models and deduce the suitable method for developing and testing, define meaningful and sustainable KPIs.
• Train, develop and support all employees according their skills (content driven working and leadership by content)
• Plan and Manage the resources of the department accordingly (Alignment with PRF/DME due to multiregional Product Platforms).
