Your Responsibilities

You think it is time for something different? Then you are at the right place! Youwill be working in an exciting, international environment and contributing personally to the company’s success. Expect exciting projects and versatile tasks, such as

/ Managing ultrasonic welding & UV Laser decoration processes, Robot Vision, Electronic programming stations, EOL functional test and control panel assembly & Test areas

/ Ensures that production processes are executed according to specifications and drive to lean manufacturing activities in shop floor such as 5S, TPM, problem solving methods, Kaizen, 8D, CIP etc.

/ Managing and developing blue collar team, coaching and increasing their technical and soft skills

/ Leading and being part of digitalization transformation and implementing I 4.0 projects & new machineries

/ To create and follow up the potential projects that will improve the efficiency of the processes in terms of OEE,production methods, ergonomics, resource use, rise quality (TCR, WFR, FPY, Scrap)

Your Profile

/ Bachelor’s Degree in Mechatronic, Electric/Electronic, Computer Engineering (Technical University graduate preferably),

/ Minimum 3 Years  Experiences at Production and/or Test Engineering (experience / knowledge in white goods industry preferable),

/ Experiences and knowledge about lean tools, ESD/EOS, Project management, computer skills as MSOffice,Tableau, Power BI,AutoCAD, image processing applications

/ Fluent English required, German knowledge is an asset,

/ Having strong collaboration & communication skills
