/ Working in Manufacturing Engineering Department, Leading low & mid complexity projects mainly within drum line in factory, active role in global environment in the field of drum

/ Technical specification preparation, installation and release for machineries

/ Leading continuous improvement & root cause analysis & solution activities in the field of responsibility - ensure to take necessary actions to production continuity & efficiency

/ Taking actively role in daily leadership routine, e.g. daily gemba meetings, project implementation phases, factory KPIa and managing skills for white / blue collar team and strong collaboration with different Value Streams in the factory & global network inc. suppliers

/ Using and develop  i4.0 and  efficiency solutions within area of responsibility,(PLC and Machine connection method knowledge is plus)

Your Profile

/ Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical & Electronics, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering and min 1-5 years of experience at manufacturing processes and project management

/ Has worked in international environment, operational production experience is a plus

/ PGL & BPS knowledge in project management and knowledge of problem solving tools (8D,Kazien,6Sigma)

/ Fluent English required, German knowledge is an asset

/ Familiarity with MS Office, Autocad, Solidworks, Technical Drawings, Power BI, SAP
