QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Your Responsibilities

Lead deployment of BPS vision and strategy in BSH Çerkezkoy factories.  This includes BPS process deployment, training, and mentoring at the plant&factory level.  Job duties support the creation and implementation of BPS strategies, which will lead to improvements in factory Safety Quality Delivery Cost KPI’s

/ Works through the leadership team to lead the development and implementation of the factory Production System Strategy, actions and trainings

/ Designs and executes the BPS tools as tool expert to drive business improvements and implementation and sustaining current and future BSH Standards

/ Facilitate the BPS Essentials and Self-Assessments at factory level and identify performance gaps.  Works through the leadership team to prioritize improvement activities and close gaps

/ Leads System CIP workshops across the factory to drive short-term and long term factory improvements and VSM/VSD workshops to define bottlenecks

/ Supports the continuous improvement teams.  Assists in improvement activities (including training, mentoring,) facilitating Kaizen events, tool deployment, benchmarking, etc

Your Profile

/ Bachelor’s degree in Industrial engineering or relevant engineering departments

/ Minimum 3 years Manufactoring Engineering / Lean management experience and Excellent command of English is a must

/ Excellent leadership & communication skills with the ability to work effectively at all levels

/ Formal training/certification in Lean tools ( 5S, Standard work, Value Stream Mapping (VSM), Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), Lean Material Flow( LMF) and 6 Sigma certification preferred

/ Being disciplined, systematic with passion for lean. High personal integrity
