QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Your Responsibilities

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic-minded individual to join our team as a Strategic Business Development Specialist focusing on our After Sale Business. This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive growth and expansion in our after sales services, ensuring continued efficiency, effectiveness and customer satisfaction. Expect exciting projects and versatile tasks, such as;

 / Measure the efficiency of existing processes on field operations and develop strategic plans to expand our after-sale business

/ Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of after-sale business operations.

/ Analysing and gathering system and process development requirements from field regions and related department.

/Monitor and report on key performance metrics, including revenue, profitability, and customer satisfaction KPIs.

/ Lead local & global projects using project management methodologies and support to relevant departments in order to realize projects designed by other departments.

/ Improving, document and provide standardization of standard processes, procedures and general rules in regions and field.

Your Profile 

       / University degree preferably in Engineering or Business Administration

/ Proficiency in CRM software, Excellent MS Office (Excel, Powerpoint) knowledge; experience with data analysis tools is desirable.

/ Fluent English knowledge is a must

/ Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment; after-sales business 2 years’ experience is a plus.

/ Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills and demonstrated project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and drive projects to successful completion.
