/Leads and empowers the team consisting of engineers who are working on lifecycle activities in Laundry Care

/Creates new cost-reduction ideas and leads projects until the introduction and reporting of material cost-reductions KPI

/Leads change management activities in the lifecycle of FLCI

/Leads complexity reduction projects and support lifecycle projects 

Your Profile

/Bachelor or master's degree in Engineering and minimum 4 years experience in development, fluent English is a must

/Analytical-minded, customer-oriented approach, holistic view

/Good communication skills, open-mindedness for new ideas and challenges

/Good conflict management and decision-making

/No military obligation for male candidates
