Your Responsibilities

/Leads and empower the team consisting of system, e-system architects, and requirement engineer,

/Conducts overall system architecture activities of free-standing cooling products in the direction of global architecture strategies andincluding business perspective,

/Undertakes architecture cost/benefit trade-off studies of a teamacross the spectrum of available solutionoptions,

/Ensures that all relevant project & lifecycle teams follow a common set of principles and patterns and utilize a standard set of architectural frameworks andboundaries.

Your Profile

/Bachelor or master's degree in Mechanical Engineering(thermalsciences) and a minimum 5 yearsexperience in the development ofcooling systems is a strong asset

/Fluent English is a must

/Analytical minded, customer oriented approach, holistic view

/Good communication skills,open-mindedness for new ideas and challenges

/Good conflict management and decsion making,
