We are looking for a Export Specialist with proven experience and a passion for selling technology solutions.

You will be responsible for selling into new prospects as well as farming back into existing customers to ensure high renewal and customer satisfaction levels. Measures of success include new customer acquisition rates, up-selling, customer satisfaction and contribution to overall sales team and business success.

Requirements:

  •  Minimum 3 years sales engineering work experience
  •  A solid technical background with understanding
  •  Sound judgement and good business sense
  • Team working ability
  • The ability to build relationships with clients quickly
  •  Analytical and problem-solving skills
  •  Resilience and tenacity
  •  Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French

Job Responsibilities:

  • Serves customers by identifying their needs; engineering adaptations of products and equipment
  • Searching for new clients who could benefit from your products in a designated region
  • Establishing new, and maintaining existing, relationships with customers
  • Managing and interpreting customer requirements
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products to customers and prospective customers
  • Providing pre-sales technical assistance and product education
  • Confer with customers and engineers to assess equipment needs and to determine system requirements
  • Negotiating tender terms and closing sales by agreeing terms and conditions
  • Calculating client quotations
  • Administering client accounts
  • Coordinating sales projects
