What you will be doing as a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) – Istanbul office

The core focus of the HRBP activity is to plan and implement the HR processes for this location, in close collaboration with the center of excellence (CoE), Bunge Business Services (BBS) and other business partners, acting as a consultant for the business managers, providing proper solutions and support for the human resources needs.

This will be done through the following main activities:

·       Handling the local Commercial/ and or Support Functions organizational strategy and plans aligning with strategic objectives within the respective value chain in Black Sea Region

·       Acting as a partner to departments' leaders & managers on recruitment and orientation/adaptation, figuring out workforce planning needs, finding the suitable resource into the organization based on a company's culture, talent management plans and competency abilities

·       Adapt globally implemented new initiatives with internal COE, Business Services, Talent Acquisition and Talent Management teams including but not limited to career development (IDP), salary reviews adhering to global pay policies, performance evaluation, employee engagement, recruitment processes and provide meaningful initiatives on these processes contributing to the company strategy

·       Responsible for driving successful talent management into the organization ensuring managers have clear and up to date succession plans with IDP’s for defined High Potentials in their teams to increase organizational capability

·       Setting employee dedication & action plans as a result of Employee Engagement Survey outcomes. Influence on managers to maintain and increase employee engagement level implementing the desired workplace culture.

·       Responsible for handling Administrative Support function leading all aspects of the delivery of adequate services according to the budget

·       Following up on the legal regulations ensuring that employees are aligning with the procedures accordingly. Making sure to provide vital updates and improvements in HR related procedures

The position is based in Istanbul and has approx.130 employees in scope. It will report to our HRBP for Black Sea region, located in Kiev, Ukraine.

What else do we expect?

-        University degree- preferably with a major in Human Resources, Psychology; Master in Human Resources area is a plus

-        5 years minimum of proven experience in a similar position for other companies, preferably in agri-business or FMCG in an international company

-        Proven knowledge of Turkish labor legislation

-        Turkish and English languages proficiency

-        Training delivery experience is a plus

-        MS Office- intermediate level.
