As we continue to develop activities, we are delighted to offer a unique opportunity to join our organisation as Senior Financial Analyst for its developing operations. Position is located within our İstanbul Office in Turkey:

Role

To carry out daily accounting transactions according to the local tax regulations, local accounting standards, labor law and group procedures.

Tasks - Activities -  Responsibilities

• Carries out accounting records and control the accuracy for transactions and valuable documents (invoices, bank transactions, collection documents, approved expense sheets, tax documents, payment documentsetc.),
• Does payments to suppliers as per company rules,
• Follows up the approval procedure to the company expenses,invoices,
• Creates monthly, quarterly, yearly local and group management reports without any delay and mistake,
• Creates local tax and other tax declaration forms without any delay or mistake,
• Supports cost control of the company,
• Does necessary accruals before the month end closings,
• Trains admin personnel in operational departments for the preparation of time sheets and entering the contracts,
• Issues client invoices in time without any mistake,
• Subject to his/her level (of experience Senior or Chief Accountants); trainsaccountants and team members as per request by Financial Controller,
• Implements and follows up knowledgeabout ZIG and Magnitude,
• Shall perform other tasks and duties related to his position as assigned by his first line manager,
• Complies with Bureau Veritas Corporate standards and BV 3 Absolutes(Safety, Ethics, Financial Control).

Profile&Skills

• University Degree,
• Minimum 5 years relevant experience,
• Experience in finance and accounting ERP tools (SAP, Oracle etc) and Excel,
• Experience in tax process,
• Excellent command of English.
