Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics or other Administrative Science departments
• At least 5 years of experience in Accounting, tax and similar area and at least 3 years in Cost Accounting,
• Good knowledge of Logo Tiger is plus,
• Excellent command of MS Office applications,
• Professional qualifications such as CFA/CPA or similar is plus
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
• A solid understanding of financial statistics and accounting principles
• Working knowledge of all statutory legislation and regulations

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Monitor the day-to-day financial operations within the company, such as payroll, invoicing, and other transactions
• Controlling and verifying the accounting documents before processing
• Supporting inventory counting processes, checking and analyzing count differences
• Execution of month-end cost closing processes,
• Making cost analyzes,
• Regular review and follow-up of budgets for cost reduction opportunities
• Preparing ad-hoc cost reports,
• Monitoring and analysing of maintenance costs on an order basis,
• Controlling all transactions and accounting account connections,
• Inventory management, preparation of stock aging reports, follow-up and correction of erroneous transactions.
• Analyze costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results, and the company’s actual performance compared to the business plans
• Managing all tax related matters of the company to ensure timely and proper tax filings
• Leading audit processes
