GENEL NİTELİKLER VE İŞ TANIMI

BVN is a company specializing in the production of electric motors and ventilation devices, the clear leader of its sector in our country and one of the pioneers of the sector in global markets. We are increasing our effectiveness in 88 countries day by day with our distributorships, overseas office structures and OEM collaborations. In order to be a part of this success and move our development much further, we are looking for colleagues for the position of "Export Sales Specialist" whose qualifications are specified below.

QUALIFICATION

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Engineering,
  • At least 3 years of experience in sales and customer management,
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English,
  • Second language is an asset,
  • Well organized and good at time management skills ;systematic;reliable and team worker,
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications,
  • Strong communication skills and human relations,
  • An outgoing, analytical and dynamic personality, 
  • Flexible, co-operative, team worker, result oriented and self-motivated,
  • No military obligation for male candidates
  • No restrictions for travelling abroad
  • Valid driving license class B and active driver,
  • Living on the Europe side of Istanbul.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Managing customer relations, working on identifying new sales channels in foreign markets,
  • To carry out the necessary work to increase customer potential and sales,
  • Being responsible for carrying out all marketing activities of the products in order to reach the targeted sales volume and market share,
  • To follow the shipment plan of the products according to the deadlines given to the customer, to monitor that the products are delivered in the planned condition and time, and to contribute to the solution in case of a problem.
  • Evaluating customer feedback and producing fast and effective solutions,
  • Working collaboratively and cross-functionally to obtain information and/or solve problems in support of the sales team’s goals,
  • To support the efforts to identify areas open to improvement based on action plans and complaints,
  • Conducting sales analysis and reporting sales activities,
