Trains are the first UTO_Unattended Train Operation_Driveless Metro Trains of Turkey.

Qualifications:
•Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering,
•The right candidate will be product focused, client oriented and demonstrate a high level of self motivation and an ability to effectively lead a technical team,
•It is required previous work experience (3-5 years) in maintenance or technical support in the rail or capital goods sectors. Required knowledge of the organisation and application of maintenance activities,
•Willingness to adaptation new technologies and self development,
•Awareness of the importance of team collaboration,
•Fluent in English is a very important asset,
•Experience in team management and good coordination skills,
•Residence in İstanbul Asia side,
•No military obligations,

Job Description:
•Meeting the contractual objectives and the internal objectives of the project. Define the different activities and identify the main objectives to guarantee the correct operation, the reliability, the maintenance, and the availability of the trains. Planning and monitoring of the corrective and preventive programmes.
•Organisation of all rolling stock maintenance activities as well as maintenance of depot equipment. Overview of materials purchasing, quality control, reliability and availability performance, depot safety.
•Analysis of service breakdowns and incidents. Creation of technical documentation in English (Warranty Reports).
•Leading a team to commission the rolling stock maintenance depot. Manage and organize the technicians and the personal under him/her.
•Intermediary between the client and the organisation.
