GENEL NİTELİKLER VE İŞ TANIMI

To take charge in Supply Chain, E-Commerce and Marketing Assistant General Manager; Within the CarrefourSA Headquarters;

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Senior Specialist

  • Graduated from 4-year departments of universities, (Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, etc.)
  • At least 2-3 years of KPI-targeted account management and operations experience in the fields of e-commerce, digital strategy & performance marketing, (Preferably e-commerce account management in the e-commerce sector or a performance agency.)
  • Advanced skills in English both speaking and writing,
  • Attention to details, result oriented, high self-confidence and working discipline,
  • To be able to coordinate closely with all relevant internal and external units to ensure the workflow,
  • Ability to read and understand data, analytical thinking and rapid problem solving,
  • Able to use Microsoft Office programs advanced level,
  • Able to keep up with the intense working tempo depending on the retail dynamics,


 JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Be able to work dynamically to reach monthly defined turnover targets by taking responsibility for the management of the ROAS targeted digital performance marketing budget,
  • Performing all analyzes at the daily level and managing the optimization activities that will occur in order for all digital performance advertising accounts (Google ads, Facebook ads, Affiliate marketing, RTB house, Criteo, App install ads, App retention ads) to reach the monthly defined KPI targets,
  • Will be able to perform regular checks of xml feeds by using Google merchant center and Facebook catalog tools. Provide optimization studies of feeds with IT teams when necessary,
  • Within the scope of Google analytics, will be able to provide regular reporting by reading the daily, weekly and monthly performance data and taking the necessary actions on the determinations to be formed accordingly, (Attribution model analysis, utm tracking, events, goal tracking, content grouping, enhanced e-commerce, custom dimensions, custom report, data layer),
  • Be able to actively use app analytics platforms and create analysis and optimization activities by reading the data on these platforms, (Adjust, Firebase, Fabric etc.),
  • To follow the processes on price comparison sites and to manage them on a performance basis,
  • Will enable to manage daily, App & web push and e-mailing operation processes,
  • Be able to provide all coordination with the 3rd party agency, vehicle or person.
