We are hiring “Export Area Sales Managers” who will be responsible of expanding into the new markets, channels and countries in the assigned area.

The Export Area Sales Manager will be responsible for;

·        Achieving regional sales operational objectives, recommending strategies, preparing and completing action plans, resolving problems, identifying trends, determining and implementing regional improvements and change plans.

·        Lead the sales and market development activities for CEBI.

·        Meeting regional sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements, creating sales plans, preparing an annual budget, analyzing trends and initiating improvement actions.

·        Building and maintaining relationship with key customers and identifying new customer opportunities.

·        Manage and work with our distributors to ensure sufficient customer coverage in the responsible market.

·        Reporting the questions, problems and requests of the customers to the related departments and ensuring the customer satisfaction,

·        Preparations of price offers and following orders/demands of customers,

·        Assist in the refining of business strategy plan so as to achieve rapid business growth in the reponsible market.

·        Identifying new product opportunities, tracking competitors and surveying consumer needs and trends. Analyze, evaluate and compare product lines with competitive organizations and recommend strategies.

·        Developing and managing relationships with top management of major customers.

·        Researching markets, new customers and new opportunities,

·        Conducting and planning effective site visits,

·        Managing cash positions, and on time payments of the accounts in the area of responsibility

·        Reporting to the Export Sales Manager.

·        Representing the company in national and international exhibitions.

Skills and Qualifications:

      Graduation from a reputable university in related field.

·        Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and/or Russian with the ability to interact effectively with all customers .

·        Minimum of 2+ years' of sales experience at Export Departments of the companies, preferably within the hardware industry.

·        Excellent communication and negotiation skills

·        Strong analytical thinking and leadership skills.

·        No restriction for traveling abroad and the ability to organize multi-trips at long distance with excellent time management and organization skills.

·        Knowledge of export procedures and regulations.

·        Very good level of MS-Office applications

·        Ready to work long term in this job.

·        Having a driving license and able to drive.

·        No military obligation for male candidates.

·        Candidates residing in Anatolian side of Istanbul is preferred.
