QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
BUSINESS UNIT DIRECTOR FOR THE LEADING ANIMAL HEALTH COMPANY
Ceva Sante Animale is a global animal health company specialized in developing, manufacturing and selling high quality vaccines and pharmaceuticals for livestock and companion animals. Our subsidiary here in Turkey holds the leading position not only in sales but also excellent services we provide for our customers. We are searching for a team member to fill the “Business Unit Director” position for Ruminant Department. Ruminant BU Director will lead the largest department in the organization. The job is described below with required qualifications.
Job Description
- Lead and develop department strategies to achieve business objectives
- Design and implement strategic sales plan and annual sales budget
- Manage and coach sales and marketing teams to reach sales and profitability targets.
- Orchestrate entire sales process to maximize customer satisfaction
- Develop and maintain excellent client relationships
- Ensure the department works cross functionally with other departments
- Define the team needs for personal development
General Qualifications
- University degree in Business Administration or Veterinary Science
- Minimum 5 years of experience in “Sales Manager” ,“BU Manager” or "BU Director" position
- Good command of English
- Holding a driver’s license, no travel restrictions
- No military obligation for male candidates
Spesific Qualifications
- A good understanding and effective management of P&L
- The business unit manager should be able to encourage and build team spirit among staff, bringing about mutual respect and cooperation
- Possess the ability to develop and create new ideas, systems, and relationships for the success of the company
- Ability to work under pressure and tight schedule
- He/she should have the ability to analyze information and evaluate results in order to make the best decision in solving problem
- He/She should have the ability to develop specific plans and goals to help in accomplishing tasks efficiently
- Ability to tack complaints and resolve disputes and conflicts
- Ability to identify new opportunities and exploit them to the benefit of the company
