RUMINANT PRODUCT MANAGER FOR THE LEADING ANIMAL HEALTH COMPANY

Ceva Sante Animale is a global animal health company specialized in developing, manufacturing, and selling high-quality vaccines and pharmaceuticals for livestock and companion animals. Our subsidiary here in Turkey holds the leading position not only in sales but also in excellent services provided for our customers.  We are searching for a team member to fill the “Product Manager” position for Ruminant Department. The job is described below with the required qualifications.

Job Description

Strategic Marketing:

          New Product Introduction

By collecting and analyzing various information

By predicting the developments.

By following-up the competition closely

Business Development activities

By proposing new projects/ideas

By evaluating new local or central projects/ideas

By exchanging information with global marketing team

 Preparation and updating of Marketing Plans for 3-5 years;

By defining Market analysis.

By determining product positioning

By determining the targets to be reached

By determining the mixed marketing elements

          Preparation of Annual Marketing Plans/Activities.

By determining the communication plan (advertisement, brochure, congress, meetings)

By proposing product related training program to the representatives

By defining product introduction plans

By defining the budget

By planning the field activities

Other responsibilities

Answering the questions of our customers on our products

Conducting meetings with customers on technical support of our products

Realizing and following up the field tests

Ensuring following-up of customer complaints

Establishment of good relations between the opinion leaders and customers through field visits

Supports the representatives by accompanying them during commercial transactions.

     Contributes to the development of the image of the Group

By implementing values and ethical rules of the Group

By ensuring compliance to the company commitments against the customers and other market actors

Informing the Business Unit Directorate of all events that may harm the Group’s image

General Qualifications 

·        University degree, preferably in Veterinary Science

·        Minimum 5 years of experience in “Product Manager” or “Marketing Manager” position

·        Good command of English 

·        Holding a driver’s license, no travel restrictions

·        No military obligation for male candidates
