Information Technology Manager

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mathematics Engineering, MIS, or a related field

• Minimum 10 years of experience in Information Technologies (12–15 years preferred), with at least 3 years of experience in IT team/department management

• In-depth knowledge of design, implementation, scaling, operation, and management of Network, Systems, Data Center, Backup, and Cybersecurity solutions

• Experience managing hybrid IT infrastructures; hands-on experience with major cloud service providers, data models, and data analytics

• Proven experience in managing IT processes in line with ITIL standards

• Strong knowledge of information security, Personal Data Protection regulations (KVKK), and ISO 27001 processes

• Experience in designing, developing, and implementing digital business processes

• Proven track record of managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects using Project Management Methodologies effectively

• Experience in implementation, management, and/or operation of SAP S/4HANA ERP systems, particularly in Manufacturing environments

• Experience in vendor and outsourcing management

• Strong strategic decision-making skills with proven experience in executing strategic initiatives

• Proven leadership experience in managing IT technical teams

• Advanced level of English proficiency

Responsibilities

• Lead the development, management, and execution of CFN Kimya’s IT Strategy

• Ensure the effective operation, performance, and governance of all physical and digital infrastructures, including Network, Systems, Cybersecurity, Backup, Data Center, and Cloud Systems

• Lead Digital Transformation Projects and oversee the required system, software, and organizational activities

• Lead all information security processes and ensure the implementation of appropriate governance methodologies

• Define the scope, lifecycle, and integration of digital business applications (ERP, BPM, MES, etc.) in collaboration with relevant departments; develop and execute the roadmap

• Develop and manage data governance models and ensure effective structuring for data-driven decision-making

• Manage and develop the IT Team
