GENEL NİTELİKLER VE İŞ TANIMI

We are looking for a "Sales Supervisor" to join our Sales team.

  • Manages customer portfolio in the assigned region and territories, focuses on existing clients and new clients
  • Executes the evaluation and quotation process of orders and communicates with existing and new customers in coordination with related departments, finalize the quotation with the convenient commercial conditions and technical specification.
  • Meets regional sales and financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual sales plan; scheduling expenditures; analysing variances; initiating corrective actions,

  • Manages the process of following up the orders, stock status, dispatching and payments of all the customers, monitors and organizes the sales process by working in coordination with planning, production and dispatching departments,

  • Identifies and involves in customer development activities such as trade show, fairs and exhibitions, conferences, trainings and enlarge customer portfolio by taking active role to find out new customers,

  • Prepares sales reports, business plans and reports for all current and potential business and reports status updates periodically,

  •  Recommends product lines by identifying new opportunities, and/or product, packaging, and service changes; surveying consumer needs and trends; tracking competitors.

  • Tracking & Analysing trends in global markets in order to define new market and sales opportunities while introducing right product and services with an effective solution that meets customer needs and expectations.


Qualifications

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in International Sales, especially in European markets.
  • Professional experience in sectors such as petrochemicals, plastics and polymers is a plus
  • Excellent of both spoken & written English and computer literacy / other languages are a plus.
  • University Degree 
  • Extremely organized and highly motivated
  • Willing to win with a track record of building a sales pipeline and exceeding targets
  • Excellent communication & negotiation skills with high presentation
  • Strong business acumen to develop and execute complex dealent constructs
  • Ability to contribute within a dynamic team environment
  • Ability to perform and work under tight schedules plus high pressure
