Job Responsibilities:

1.      Supervise logistics, VDC, transportation and customer services

Manage selection carriers, research shipping methods, assess budgets, and organize storage.

2.      Organize VDC, label of vehicles, plot routes, and process shipments

3.      Collaborate with other departments to incorporate logistics with Chery procedures and operations

4.      Set up and manage logistics of product distribution and storage

5.      Create and implement new strategies of shipment methods, distribution, and storage

6.      Monitor and report competitive activity and recommend logistics strategies

7.      Initiate and develop a strong relationship with distributors

8.      Collaborate with Dealer General manager/ Sales manager, team members and cross functional departments

9.      Supervise functioning of direct reports from the suppliers involved on the logistics chain, review performance of suppliers on assigned targets, provide feedback and help them develop their skills

10.  Ensure all operations adhere to laws, guidelines, and daily requirements.

Requirements:

1.      College graduate or equivalent training in, Business, Marketing, Economics, Engineering Finance or similar.

2.      To have knowledge about free zone and warehouse management

3.      More than 4 years of logistics supplier managing on Automotive OEM side is prefer

4.      Literacy in computer and software (Excel, PowerPoint and Word, Power BI).
