Service Support Responsible

• To provide administrative support to the service operation by efficient and accurate administration activities while prepare and follow service activities/materials structured for service sales.
• Complete order fulfillment process from order entry to shipment planning/service order input and invoicing customers in coordination with relative departments to ensure order accomplishment (smooth delivery and credit controlling).
• Verify sales order / service contract according to policy before getting approval.
• Ensure timely input and accuracy of data for order processing, reporting and performance measurements.
• Track the spare parts delivery schedule and feedback to customer / engineer with other inquire as well.
• Manage Local spare parts inventory and ensure the inventory accuracy.
• Prepare and manage quotations by request.
• Receiving customer complaints and tracking the results.
• Dispatch service request to operations & sales departments, track to close and respond to customer's inquiries.
• Maintain customer & equipment master data.
• Related purchasing processes.
• To help for standardization of service products to be sold / calculated easily with service sales.
• To work and analyze installation base of IT products.
• Be ready to take up new tasks if needed.

What we expect of you?

• University Degree
• 2+ years customer service administration experience.
• Preferred in technical industrial product manufacturers or trading company.
• Spare parts supplier chain and inventory management experience is preferred.
• Full computer literacy (MS Office Programs)
• Good command of English & Turkish language both oral and written
• Strong data analysis (Advanced Excel knowledge)
