We are looking for a Medical Scientific Liaison (MSL) located in ANKARA for our Medical Department.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate should have the following experience and skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Medical or Pharmaceutics departments
• At least 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical sector
• Thorough knowledge of medicine, treatment guidelines, clinical research processes, customer strategies, and regulations, and ethical guidelines is preferred
• Excellent written and spoken communication and presentation skills, with a demonstrated ability to develop and maintain strong collaborative relationships with thought leaders, physicians and other healthcare decision makers
• Must be a strong team player and effectively collaborate with internal departments
• No restriction to travel frequently and must have a valid driving license
• Having proficiency in MS Office Applications
• Fluent English is a must
• No military service obligation for male candidates

Job Description :

Reporting to Medical and Market Access Director, the successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Provide scientific support for the development and approval of promotional materials following applicable Company policies, procedures, and practices, 
• Acting as a medical face of the company in field, focus panel and congresses,
• Being a business partner and develop relations with the KOLs,
• Understanding and guiding the KOLs in relation with the company's products; responsible for product benefit/risk, reputation and medical compliance,
• On an ongoing basis, provide training support to the field force concerning scientific and medical aspects,
• Provide resources for field-based medical support activities, as necessary,
• Interaction with other functions within the organization in order to provide inputs, support and medical direction to company initiatives, social responsibilities.
