The Person:

• Mechanical, Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering degree.
• Min.5 years experience on project management function in multinational Automotive Tier1 /Tier2 manufacturers; preferably in plastic injection processes and/or plastic injection toolmakers.
• Good command of TS16949, APQP, PPAP processes.
• Commercial sense.
• Leadership skills
• Possesing very good communication and team working skills
• Proficiency in self planning as well as prioritizing and organizing processes.
• Good stress management.
• Residency in or close to Kocaeli area

The Role:

• The leader of the Project and main contact of the customer technical and commercial program teams starting from kick off till start of serial production .
• Preparing and updating Project plannings and submitting to customers as well as internal teams.
• Attending to regular project meetings with customer teams representing the company on during the development and progress of the Project.
• Organizing weekly internal reviews in order to ensure plant serial team is upto date on the progress of the Project as well as assigning tasks in order to ensure readiness of all functions in plant to committed project milestones.
• Leading and follow up manufacturing of new tooling and fixtures internally and in suppliers as well as arranging trials piloting the validation of the new product in customer.
• Coordinating realization of engineering changes from receipt of consept followed by making feasability analysis, providing and negotiating quotes with customer, to realization of change and managing validation of the modifications with customer, keeping upto date engineering level tracker for parts.
• Piloting prototype productions, validation testings , measurements .
• Set to ensure company you are representing meets committed project milestones to customer and achieve full PPAP of new product on time.
