• At least Bachelor degree in Computer Engineering, Informatics, Management Information Systems or related fields, Expert with min. 8 years experience in one of the fields,
• Business Intelligence, Predictive & Advanced Analytics Hands on development expertise with especially SAP & non SAP Business Intelligence tools, 
• Additional background experiences in data analysis and tools, Business processes and system design will be more useful assets, 
• Ability to establish and/or enhance a system in line with best practice standards, 
• Strong knowledge of SQL and able to write complex queries, Experience of insurance sector is preferable, 
• Strong analytical skills and problem solving abilities, 
• Being a team player, strong interpersonal and communication skills, 
• Follow relevant & suitable new technologies Ability to manage services as provider with the customers, 
• No military obligation for male candidates. Perfect command English (written and verbal).

İş Tanımı:

• Develop and prepare strategies for Business Intelligence processes for organization, Managing data warehouse and business intelligence projects, 
• Preparing architecture for data, preparing strategies and providing business objected solutions as per requirements, 
• Managing and customizing all business processes as per customer requirement and analyze all processes for same, 
• Analyzing all complex data and identify requirements for business enhancement in project, 
• Extending knowledge of Business Intelligence to provide ongoing refinement of processes to improve operations, 
• Perform demand management, technical guidance for development, 
• Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards, 
• Provides leadership to Business Intelligence Team, 
• Manages development of BO enterprise reports, ad hoc reports and dashboarding or directly develop if needed.
