·        Lead and manage product launch phases for the products owned- research, test, launch, and grow products- in order to achieve revenue and customer goals for the business

·        Follow up the market, competition and consumer trends both at local and international level in order to identify strategic inputs like new market/product opportunities, consumer insights, differentiation areas

·        Develop product concept, prepare the strategic marketing plan for each product including the 4Ps and necessary customer experience requirements

·        Propose business case for the launches

·        Coordinate the product development process

·        Partner closely with internal teams (IT, Network& Infrastructure & Finance & Customer Operations & Go to Market/Channel) while leading the launch process

Own P&L

·        Manage necessary tracking and reporting for the product performance, provide management reports, insights and recommendations as needed.

·        Close coordination with/ follow up external partners where relevant (eg. domain registery operators or solution partners)

Qualifications:

·        Bachelor Degree in engineering or business fields from a reputable university

·        Minimum 2 years of proven experience in product management / marketing preferably in telecommunication/ technology/ IT industry

·        Strong analytical thinking & problem solving skills

·        Results driven and multi-tasker

·        Team player with good project management and inter-personal skills

·        Strong written, verbal communication both in Turkish and English

·        Eager to learn, curious
