QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a team member to join our International Company as Reporting Specialist.
The Company was established in 2013, and has grown rapidly to become a leading provider of online trading solutions for individual and institutional clients. Based in the UK, they are innovators specialising in the development of trading platforms that are both technologically advanced and user-friendly.
•Strong academic background (degree in finance, business administration, management mathematics, statistics or equivalent),
•Proven experience with report writing and technical requirements analysis
•Preferred Minimum 3-4 years of experience in operation department in Banking business •Excellent MS Office applications knowledge,
• Practical knowledge in importing data for use in report software, spreadsheets and graphs
•Strong technical skills including the ability to merge data from various sources, write formulas to summarize data, translate data into a user-friendly reports, and data mine for necessary drill-down metrics
•Excellent command of both written and spoken English,
•Analytical thinking; able to prioritize work and multi-task in a fast paced setting, willing to take on new projects and be flexible
•Excellent design skills; conceptualize complex data flows/transformations
•Strong communication skills; ability to communicate effectively with others; demonstrated collaborative skills
•Possess the skill to creatively solve problems and propose solutions with minimal direction
•Creative and with a strong attention to detail

•Creating and coordinating the preparation and release of operational reports
•Researching, reviewing and analysing the effectiveness and efficiency of existing report procedures and systems and develop strategies for enhancing or leveraging these processes and systems
•Working directly with decision makers and end users to understand, define, and document current and possible future reporting goals, needs, and requirements
•Designing, developing, publishing, and maintaining management dashboards
•Designing reports for performance, data quality, and simplicity/maintainability, and articulate trade-offs as appropriate
•Researching and recommending key performance indicators in order to provide better intelligence in reporting Identify automation and process improvement ideas and implement
•Writing and maintaining processes related to all standard reporting
• Preparing the management reports and Board presentations.
