We seek to recruit a:

Repair Technician

for Smartphones & Tablets

                                                                                                            

Responsibilities:

• Verification of the service claims of the 3rd party service centers 
  
•  Disassembly-Assembly and Refurbishment of devices
•  Repairs for Out of Warranty claims
  
•  Control of the warehouse stock of spare parts
  
•  Update of report for the statistics of service procedure
  
•  Monthly reports for claims, spare part consumption and stock
  
•  Follow up of spare parts transportation
  
•  Re-packaging of products if needed
  

Required skills:

  

•          Experience in testing and repairing consumer electronics
•          Excellent use of English language
•          Excellent use of MS Office
  
•          Electronics and computer background needed
  
•          Skillful in the use of tools and service test equipment
  
•          Attention to details
  
•          Communication skills
  
•          ERP experience is desired
