• Role Purpose

To lead the commercial and marketing strategy across multiple categories, ensuring their growth and effective market execution, while acting as a key liaison between Global HQ and local markets.

Categories: School Stationery, Candles, DIY Glues & Adhesives (Gom a Gom)

• Key Responsibilities

1. ·        Market Development Strategy: define and execute business plans, manage budgets and KPIs, and oversee P&L responsibility.
2. ·        Commercial Strategy & Category Management: analyze sales performance, identify growth opportunities, and coordinate product launches.
3. ·        Marketing & Brand Management: adapt global campaigns to local markets and ensure brand consistency.
4. ·        Retail Execution & Customer Experience: optimize in-store execution and enhance the overall customer experience.

• Required Skills & Experience

• Strong expertise across the 4Ps of marketing: Product development, Strategic planning, Positioning, Product launch, Pricing strategy vs. competitors
• Proven ability to maximize numerical distribution across channels
• Deep knowledge of FMCG distribution channels
• Strong analytical and commercial mindset

Profile

• 3–5 years of experience in Marketing, Commercial or Category roles
• Experience in FMCG, Retail or similar industries
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field

·        Turkish: Native proficiency and English fluent
