GENEL NİTELİKLER VE İŞ TANIMI

Expected Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business Management, Economics,
  • Minimum 10 years of working experience in General Finance ( Treasury, budgeting/forecasting, controlling and management reporting ) and Accounting
  • Very good level of English both written and spoken,
  • Proficient user of SAP FI/CO software
  • Professional qualification such as CFA/CPA or similar will be considered a plus
  • Analytical and solution/result oriented mind
  • Strong and effective people management skills
  • Good communication skills with an ability to work with all levels within the organization


Job Description

  • Treasury

·      Managing the daily cash flow of the company with special focus on Working Capital optimization and assessing the company’s short- and long-term funding requirements and action accordingly liaising with banks 

·      Managing credit and relations with the treasury and banking institutions with special focus on Working Capital optimization, mainly Account Receivables and Inventory and assessing the company’s short and long term funding requirements and action accordingly.

  • Budget

·      Managing the budget and forecast processes of the company. Processing rolling forecasts according to most up to date business insights, being in communication with business units.

  • Accounting and Tax

·      Ensuring that monthly and quarterly tax declaration process are carried out in accordance with the regulations

·      Managing monthly closing processes including organising appropriate required adjustment entries and consolidating financials

  • Reporting and Controlling

·      Make accurate, relevant and timely P&L, BS, NWC and CF reports on monthly/quarterly/annual basis and make financial analysis to accurately reflect the status of the business.

·      Ensuring that all management reports are in line with the deadlines and the appropriate accounting standards (IFRS and Turkish GAAP)

·      Liaise with other parties such as  auditors and government representatives for the submission of reports and or requirements

  • General

Supporting Financial Affairs Coordinator in the decision making process by providing financial analysis with regards to the main business drivers, all reports and documentations on all legal compliance areas

Conducting ad-hoc analysis based on the specific requests of Management Level.
