CMA CGM, Turkey - an agency 100% owned by CMA-CGM Group, is staffed with knowledgeable and motivated industry professionals who work closely with its customers to provide them with the best possible service and high quality transport of their cargo. As a result of expanding our organization, we are currently looking for Cargo Readiness Officer to join our fast growing and challenging organization.

ROLE:

Manages local export cargo loadings by being more pro-active, resulting a reduction of roll over/short-fall, vessel filling factor increase and data integrity with corporate tools and reports.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

·         Allocation and booking control on each service (Space Control Reports)

·         Perform pre-call cleaning

·         Routing Controls

·         Preparing daily schedule for customers including cut-off dates

·         Updating all reports related to business

·         Manage cut instructions

·         Checking forecasts and real figures on vessels in order to minimize discrepancies

·         Sharing forecasts and current booking status with HQ to get allocation information

·         Ensuring inter-departmental coordination(SALES/CS/OPS/DOC)

 REQUIREMENTS AND SPECIFIC SKILLS:

·         Graduate or post graduate level (+4 years) in Logistic Transport or in International Trade

·         Fluent English

·         Min +2 years experience in a similar role

·         Good computer skills

·         Good communication skills

·         Risk detection and prevention
