CND Schools is based in Florya, Istanbul, Turkey. We have over 350 students in kindergarten, primary, secondary and high school. CND Schools is committed to giving a unique education that combines the New Brunswick Canadian and Turkish Curriculum.

We are looking for a Extra-Curricular Activity Coordinator to join our team.

PRIMARY FUNCTION

Assume responsibility for planning, organizing and leading extra-curricular activities of the school in collaboration with the principals, teachers and other staff.

Ensure that the extra - curricular programs maintain the proper perspective in the overall educational program, while achieving School’s goals and objectives, and meet the needs of students.

PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Provide effective leadership in developing, implementing, evaluating and coordinating extra-curricular activities.

2. Develop and coordinate extra-curricular and educational student opportunities that attract, engage, and encourage student participation.

3. Coordinate facility use in cooperation with principals.

4. Coordinate co-curricular transportation.

5. Evaluate the condition and safety of co-curricular facilities, and make recommendations for maintenance and improvement.

6. Collaboratively work with local and regional organizations in order to implement School’s various social awareness programs and initiatives.

7. Keep up-to-date with current events, innovations, and trends in extra-curricular organizing.

8. Assume other responsibilities assigned by the Principal.
