• Bachelors of Science degree in Computer Science or related field(MS Preferred),
• Fluency in English, 
• At least 8 years of relevant work-related experience in Java, C++, Web Services development experience in scalable and high availability architectures,
• At least 8 years of team management and development experience,
• High communication skills,
• Candidates with PMP certificate are preferred,
•  Agile software development experience (Scrum, KanBan)
• Jira and Confluence experience

Job Description:

Development Manager plans, executes, tracks, and reports software development activities that are required to develop the product satisfying the needs/requirements defined by Product Manager in Product Roadmap within the given schedule and in accordance with defined processes. Development Manager is responsible of preparing and executing engineering plans and planning, and allocation of resources in coordination with all stakeholders in accordance with program/technical constraints.

Functional Responsibilities:

• Responsible from Human Resources management (performance evaluation, competency improvement, etc.) of staff assigned directly to him/her.
• Responsible for mentoring and/or coaching staff assigned directly to him/her.
• Responsible for performing interviews of candidates who will directly work under him/her.
• Responsible for requesting and/or providing required orientations/trainings for staff assigned directly to him/her.
• Responsible from execution of Software Development processes in accordance with company processes, and standards.
• Responsible from providing process improvement proposals, and participation to process improvement studies.
• Accountable for identifying and maintaining development tools in his/her development team.
• Responsible for performing architectural design for meeting non-functional requirements, and quality attributes (scalability, security, testability, etc.) as well as functional requirements.
