This role focuses on managing the hiring process for new employees and ensuring that

The HR Associate with Greek and English is responsible for: everything is properly configured in company-related and client systems.

• Providing support to employees, via email, telephone or chat and deliver suitable solutions in a timely manner
• Managing end-to-end HR processes
• Coordinating onboarding program for client’s new hires
• Assisting with gathering information for leaves of absence, medical leave, paid/unpaid leave, maternity/paternity leave, etc.
• Handling payment processes such as working hours, salary adjustments, special payments, tax allocations
• Processing data entry or importing files into systems and reviewing information for accuracy
• Providing support for the client’s human resources department in matters related to personnel forms and archive/records
• Working together with all departments to ensure the accuracy of employee data/records

The ideal Candidate:

• Bilingual (Greek Native + English C1+) Ability to converse to a high standard (both verbally and in writing)
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Ability to meet deadlines
• Good analytical skills
• Positive attitude and solution-oriented thinking
• Proactive, flexible and adaptable
• Team-oriented

Nice to have:

• Bachelor’s degree or certification in Human Resources would be a plus
• Experience working in HR would be an advantage
