Senior Graphic Designer& Video Editor

We are looking for a creative Senior Graphic Designer and Video Editor to join our E-Commerce/Commercial team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing and producing visual solutions to produce the best output in line with Corendon Airlines’ E-commerce strategies. In order to achieve the desired results, to discuss issues such as project timeline, narrative structure, story goals together with the director and producer, manage multiple projects and comply with deadlines, create and add screen text, music, effects or graphics suitable for the theme of the video. To make videos publishable in social media and advertising works in Adobe Premier, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator etc. must have a command of the programs. The Graphic Designer & Video Editor works with internal customers to define requirements and provide advice on best processes and procedures for creating optimal visual representation.

Job Responsibilities

• Works on various design projects, such as display and social media visuals, banners, infographics, motion graphics and animation etc., and delivers quality/conceptual work that can be delivered across print, digital and other mediums
• Develop infographic and stopmotion video, gif animation etc. for social media and digital media
• Understand the goals of a given project and maintain creative involvement from beginning to end
• Plans concepts by exploring all relevant information and materials.
• Utilizes suitable tools and applications in the creative space to achieve the optimal results
• Creates alternative options to which internal client can react and consider.
• Researches current and future design trends and applies within the context of the company’s target audience
• Submits creative deliverables within the agreed upon deadlines and budgets.
• Supporting the company's other design and video works when needed
• Work in close collaboration with the content team to turn ideas into aesthetic designs
• Manage design needs of at least 6 different regions images
• Experienced of website campaign design, video storyboarding, video animation are plus

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Graphic Designer and Video Editor in an in-house creative department or a related company
• Preferably, graduated from relevant schools
• Preferably experienced e-commerce sector
• Understanding of UI design, visual design, digital campaign, display banners, video animation
• Knowledge of UX is plus
• Excellent portfolio, demonstrating the spectrum of design work
• Proven graphic design technical abilities with a strong understanding of layout, color theory and typography
• Master the current digital channel video restrictions and formats (Instagram Story, Youtube Bumper etc.)
• Expert knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe After Effects
• Preferably, having an experience in 3D programs
• Demonstrated creative mindset with a passion about excellent creative execution.

• Ability to take constructive input/critique from others.
• Ability to manage multiple creative projects in a fast-paced environment with competing deadlines.
• Strong creative, organizational, problem solving and time-management skills.
• A strong eye for visual composition.
• Living in Istanbul or willing to relocate.
• Able to demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to changing task priorities and workload in a fast-paced environment
