We are looking for a Project Coordinator to be assigned at our headquarters in Maslak, Istanbul

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in project management
• Proven experience in SAP products and projects
• Knowledge and hands-on experience with ITIL processes
• Strong understanding of financial processes and concepts
• Advanced proficiency in both Turkish and English
• Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels and strong team management skills
• Strong capability in managing multiple projects and prioritization
• Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to effectively manage expectations
• Experience working in multicultural environments
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• No restriction for international travel when required

Requirements:

• Manage SAP products and projects end-to-end, including planning and execution
• Lead multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring delivery within defined timelines and budgets
• Deliver projects to business units and support continuous improvement initiatives
• Effectively manage project tracking, risk and issue management, as well as configuration and coordination processes
• Lead technical and functional teams to ensure end-to-end solution delivery
• Take full responsibility for successful project delivery; ensure project, quality, and risk plans are established and maintained
• Guide and motivate project teams with a strong focus on achieving objectives
• Define and manage project scope, objectives, and deliverables
• Monitor and control resource planning and allocation in coordination with relevant stakeholders
• Apply ITIL processes to ensure best practices in project management
• Track and report project progress regularly and take necessary actions when required
• Maintain effective communication with customers and stakeholders, managing expectations proactively
