We are looking for an Senior IT Procurement Specialist to be assigned to our headquarters inMaslak, Istanbul.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technologies, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT procurement covering software, hardware, cloud services, and IT infrastructure and technology sourcing
• Strong knowledge of IT products, licensing models (Microsoft, SAP, SaaS), and vendor management
• Experience in contract management, supplier negotiations, and strategic sourcing
• Ability to translate technical requirements into procurement solutions
• Excellent command of English (written and spoken)
• Advanced SAP (especially MM module) and e-procurement tools knowledge
• Familiar with IT asset management (ITAM) and software asset management (SAM)
• Experience in Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) analysis and cost modeling
• Knowledge of procurement compliance, audits, and internal controls
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional communication skills
• Experience in global sourcing and multi-country procurement operations

Responsibilities

• Report procurement activities and supplier performance to management
• Lead IT vendor negotiations and manage complex contracts and SLAs
• Drive cost optimization while ensuring quality and compliance
• Manage supplier selection and relationships
• Track market trends and emerging technologies
• Manage procurement processes covering SAP modules (FI, MM, PM, QM, HR SF, PP, etc.)
• Lead and manage procurement activities related to SAP solutions and services, including software licenses, subscriptions, maintenance agreements, implementation projects, and consulting services; supporting vendor management, cost optimization, and compliance throughout the procurement lifecycle.
• Coordinate outsourcing for development, consulting, technical support, and maintenance services
• Develop procurement strategies based on market conditions and financial indicators
