Supply Chain and Customer Service Administrator

Qualifications: 

• Preferably having a bachelor’s degree from fields of chemical engineering, chemistry, management engineering, industrial engineering, international trade, business administration and logistics
• At least 4 years of experience in a related position
• Proficiency in writing and reading English
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Knowledge of SAP is an asset
• Have an excellent communication, planning and organization skills
• Having a positive attitude and customer service ability
• Preferably living in Anatolian Side of İstanbul
• No military obligation for male candidates

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• To submit orders on the SAP system and informing the customers about the order status  
• To plan the shipment by working in coordination with the warehouse
• To check the stock of the products and to submit orders of the missing products through SAP
• To enter cost and stock information of products on SAP
• To prepare the invoices of the delivered orders
• To prepare the documents required for the export operation
• To monitor the performance of suppliers throughout the year and to report evaluations at the end of the year
