Desired Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduated from Tourism & Hotel Management and minimum 1 years experiences in similar roles
• Excellent communications skills, written & oral proficiency in English,
• Knowledge of the local & surrounding Marketing activities
• Dominate the cross-selling strategy
• Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations
• Computer knowledge in OnQ as well as Microsoft Windows applications and relevant computer applications
• Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
• Highly responsible & reliable

Responsibilities:

• Ensure and provide flawless, upscale, professional and high class guest service experiences
• Carry out all administrative duties in co-operation with Guest Relations Manager.
• Analyse customer feedback and provide strategic direction to continuously improve overall rating
• Be responsible for VIP Policy and ensure it is implemented fully.
• Respond to guests needs and anticipate their unstated ones
• Expect and react promptly to guests’ requirements and inquires
• Actively listen and resolve guests’ complaints
• Coordinate and manage communication between guests and staff and follow up to ensure complete service recovery
• Promote all amenities, conveniences and programs offered
• Appraise team’s performance and produce reports
