Management Specialist

CRRC MNG RAYLI SİSTEM ARAÇLARI SAN. VE TİC. LTD. ŞTİ.

We are looking for a Management Specialist for Enterprise Management Department of our International Company.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for collecting and analyzing the relevant internal operation information of CRRC MNG, and report to the department manager; 
  

• Assist department manager to draft and renew the regulations and procedures of CRRC MNG;

• Responsible for drafting the program of the activities of CRRC MNG;

• Responsible for translating the relevant documents between Turkish, English and Chinese accurately;
  

• Responsible for interpreting in the activities of CRRC MNG;

• Responsible for following and inspecting the key works of all departments submitted;

• Responsible for assisting department manager to follow and coordinate the running of company’s key works;

• Responsible for assisting department manager to contact and communicate with external organizations, institutions and person;

• Doing the other works assigned by department manager. 
  

Requirements

• University Degree 
• Highly proficient in spoken and written English, Chinese and Turkish languages.
• Chinese / English/ Turkish Interpreter Certification or related major graduation (preferred).
• Commercial Knowledge / Training (preferred)
• New graduates' applications are welcomed.
• Proficient using of computers, and skilfully using Microsoft Office and other related software.
• Pro-active, careful, analytic, self-motivated and energetic personality.
  
• Ability to communicate effectively inter-departmentally and externally with all parties.
  
• Knowing basic railway technical knowledge, knowing basic enterprise knowledge, knowing basic commercial and employment legislation knowledge (preferred)
