A Project Engineer is sought to join our rapidly growing company with the following qualifications:

Qualifications

• Graduated from universities with a degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Metallurgical Engineering,
• At least 3 years of experience in the production sector (experience in pressure vessels production is preferred),
• Possesses analytical thinking and strong problem-solving skills,
• Experienced in customer management and claim management processes,
• Preferably holds a PMI certification,
• Proficient in using MS Office applications,
• Advanced knowledge of English,
• Knows how to work in a team and can guide stakeholders,
• Able to read technical drawings and specifications, familiar with international standards,
• Excellent written and verbal communication and representation skills,
• Eager to learn continuously and open to innovations,
• No travel restrictions,
• For male candidates, military service must be completed.

Job Descriptions

• Tracking the project status and progress, and preparing project progress reports,
• Monitoring project deliverables, ensuring compliance with the project plan, tracking performance metrics, identifying issues, and taking corrective actions when necessary,
• Establishing effective communication with project stakeholders (department managers, customers, team members, and other relevant parties), understanding their expectations, and regularly informing them about project progress,
• Managing customer requests and revisions, sharing customer feedback with technical teams, and ensuring that changes comply with contracts and specifications,
• Ensuring that project documentation is properly created and kept up to date by relevant team members,
• Identifying and controlling situations that may negatively impact the project plan and business continuity, taking measures to mitigate their effects, and preparing and implementing alternative plans,
• Ensuring that critical and technical documents are up to date and accessible
• Tracking project milestones and ensuring coordination between teams to prevent delays,
• Informing senior management about risks and crises, and collaborating with production, planning, design, and quality departments to develop and decide on alternative solutions for potential cost and schedule changes.
