Operating in the pressure vessels and industrial facilities sector and manufacturing to international standards, our company is looking for a"Quality Documentation Specialist" to join our growing organization.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Metallurgical and Materials, etc.) or related technical fields,
• At least 2 years of experience in quality control or quality documentation processes within the manufacturing sector,
• Strong command of ASME and EN standards (especially EN 13445, EN 1090, etc.) and code requirements,
• Knowledge of documentation for pressure vessels, welded manufacturing, and non-destructive testing (NDT) processes,
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 Quality Management System practices is preferred,
• Good command of written and spoken English (sufficient to read and comprehend technical documentation),
• Excellent proficiency in MS Office applications (especially Excel for data tracking and reporting),
• Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to work systematically,
• Strong communication skills and prone to teamwork.

Job Description

• Regularly collecting, verifying the accuracy of, and archiving project-specific production quality records (Material Certificates, NDT Reports, Weld Maps, etc.) in accordance with ASME, EN, and other relevant international standards,
• Preparing product quality dossiers (Data Books / Manufacturing Dossiers) completely and in compliance with standards, in line with the requests of customers and 3rd party inspection agencies,
• Ensuring the quality department's documents (procedures, instructions, forms) are kept up-to-date and managing revision processes through the system,
• Performing data entry for quality control forms received from the production floor and preparing periodic reports,
• Providing documentation support for internal and external audit preparation processes,
• Recording Non-Conformance Reports (NCR) and tracking the related documentation processes.
