QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
*** University degree on a related discipline,
*** Very good command of written and spoken English,
*** Successful candidate must have at least 5 years of experience in spare parts sales and distribution operations in automotive or industrial equipments industry,
*** S/He must have proven track record of customer relations management,
*** Being familiar to import operations and logistics processes would be a plus,
*** The inbumbent must use all MS Office programs efficiently and be able to work on different MRP programs,
*** Resides or willing to relpcate to Istanbul (Asia),
*** Military sevrice must be completed for male candidates.

Cummins Turkey, is the company-owned distribution company located in Tuzla-Istanbul. We are searching for a Spare Parts Supervisor, reporting into the Supply Chain Manager in Turkey,** The incumbent will ensure on time and accurate processing of customer orders,
** The successful candidate will be regulary dealing with customers and ensure their expectations are fully met,
** S/He will provide operational support to logistics team in Turkey and abroad to optimize inventory,
** S/He will involve in parts quotations preparation, analyze lost sales cases and introduce corrective actions,
** S/He will be managing a small team and monitor their performance closely.
