Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of accounts with a strategic and consultative approach, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term success
- Identify and develop new business opportunities by aligning CyberArts’ capabilities with client needs
- Leverage CRM systems actively and effectively as the main tool for opportunity tracking, pipeline management, and sales forecasting
- Take responsibility for the accuracy and timeliness of proposals and commercial offers
- Lead client meetings and presentations, manage agendas, and communicate CyberArts’ value clearly and confidently
- Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to plan and participate in demos and proof-of-concept (POC) activities
- Build strong relationships with both end clients and technology partners within a channel sales model
- Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects and existing customers to move opportunities forward
- Gather and analyze client feedback to help improve offerings and customer experience
- Visit potential and existing clients regularly, both virtually and in person
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in sales, account management, or business development in Cybersecurity, IT, or Technology fields
- Hands-on experience with channel sales structures and working with cybersecurity vendors
- Strong command of CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and disciplined in sales process tracking
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Turkish and English
- Strong meeting facilitation and presentation skills, including executive-level engagement
- Meticulous in managing commercial documents and timelines
- University degree in a relevant field (business, engineering, IT, etc.)
- A growth mindset with motivation to learn and adapt in a fast-changing industry
