What do we look for?

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant departments,
• Minimum 3 years of work experience in the Human Resources department,
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills,
• Multitasking and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks,
• Ability to handle a large volume of work and work at a fast pace in a high-pressure environment,
• Good knowledge of MS Office programs especially MS Excel,
• Proficiency in spoken and written English

What will you work on?

• Carry out and support end-to-end HR activities for the branches,
• Carry out the recruitment process,
• Administer the disciplinary processes based on the labor laws if needed,
• Prepare daily & monthly & and yearly reports to the management based on the HR metrics that should be requested,
• Assist with the general day-to-day operation of the HR department,
• Assist with personnel attendance control system and timesheet tracking,
• Assist employees with employment benefits, payroll, and onboarding process,
• Provide personnel policy and procedure guidance to employees and management,
• Weekly filing of employee & and company files to ensure confidentiality & and compliance
