What Kind of Qualifications Are We Looking For?

• University degree, preferably from Textile Engineering,
• Within at least 8 years in the retail industry,
• Able to use Microsoft Office programs at a good level,
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Analytical thinking and problem solving,
• Upper intermediate level of English,
• Well organized and strong daily follow up skills,
• Male candidates must have completed military service.

Roles And Responsibilities

• Creating the collections by analyzing the expectations of the target customer,
• Analyzing the price structures that customers are sensitive to by providing the target profit margins of the collections,
• Ensuring the creation of collections at the planned time, right price and desired quality,
• Responsible for forecasting process to ensure the sustainability of inventory,
• Creating Range Plan for the category she/he is responsible for,
• Taking part in the product development process by following the fashion trends and guiding the design teams from a commercial perspective,
• Mentoring and coaching to the team members to ensure that the team's competencies are developed and they perform effectively.
